Am drigain milltir o Ynys-las ger aber afon Dyfi yn y gogledd, hyd at draeth Gwbert ger aber afon Teifi yn y de, caiff y cerddwr ei gyfarch gan brydferthwch ar ryw ffurf neu’i gilydd. Daliodd y detholiad hwn o ffotograffau beth o’r ceinder hwnnw gan ei gynnig fel hyfrydwch pur i’r rhai a brofodd y llwybr eisoes, ac fel addewid i’r rhai sydd eto i wneud hynny.
For sixty miles from Ynys-las at the mouth of the Dyfi estuary in the north, to Gwbert sands at the mouth of the Teifi in the south, the walker is greeted by beauty in one form or another. This selection of photographs has caught some of that outstanding scenery and presents it as a delight to those who have already experienced the walk, and as a promise to those yet to do so.
