Mae Tintin a’i gyfeillion yn ymuno â’r Athro Ephraim R Efflwfia yng ngwlad Syldafia. Yno mae’r Athro yn paratoi roced i deithio i’r Lleuad, ond mae grymoedd tywyll yn y cysgodion yn ceisio rheoli’r roced. Tintin and his friends join Professor Ephraim R. Efflwfia at Syldavia, where the Prof is working on a rocket to take them to the Moon. But malevolent forces are at work trying to take control of the mission. Unaware of the dangers ahead, Tintin and his colleagues prepare for their great adventure as the rocket lifts off into space.
