A pack of 20 postcards featuring photographs from the coal mines of south Wales during the Industrial era. Featuring life in the pits, the workers from the mines, life outside the coal mines and the machinery that could be found at the mine. Part of the ‘Black Gold’ collection at the National Museum Wales, exploring Wales’ coal mining heritage.
