Emily Blewitt’s debut collection of poetry is This Is Not a Rescue. The Carmarthen-born young author writes beautifully considered poems about love and relationships (‘I Threw Myself at You’; ‘Navigation Points’), about living in modern Wales (‘How to Explain Hiraeth to an Englishman’), satirical pieces about office life (‘When I Think of Bald Men’) and more occasional poems.
