Amcan y gyfrol hon yw cloriannu a chydnabod cyfraniad Hywel Teifi Edwards i’r broses bwysig o ddiffinio anian ac athrylith perfformiadol cenedl y Cymry. Dyma ymgais arloesol i ddathlu cyfraniad Edwards i faes nas cloriannir yn benodol mewn un cyfraniad canolog ganddo, ond sydd yn brigo i’r wyneb drwyddi draw mewn ystod eang o’i weithiau unigol.
