A historical novel based on the actual events surrounding the Swing Riots in Hampshire in 1830. Two brothers, who are agricultural workers, protest against the use of labour-displacing threshing machines, challenging injustice in defence of their rights. But they are sentenced to transportation to Australia for life as a result of their actions.
