Y drydedd stori yng nghyfres gyffrous anturiaethau Nicholas Talbot, wedi’i osod yng nghyfnod y Frenhines Elizabeth y Cyntaf.
Nick Talbot, Lord Rokesby, is married to Rosalyne on the instruction of the ailing Queen Elizabeth. They and their two sons ride hard for Scotland to avoid the trouble brewing at Court as the need for a succession plan becomes urgent. But Rokesby’s fortunes are plagued by troubles and Nick’s old enemy, Lord Mowbray, has followed the family north and is bent on revenge.
