A book describing a mostly off-road walking route of 70 miles along the entire coastline of Ceredigion. The route runs between the towns of Cardigan and Aberystwyth via the resorts of Aberporth, New Quay, Aberaeron, and thereafter to Borth and Ynys-las. The route includes 2 13-century castles, 6 medieval churches, harbours, and lime-kilns, as well as great scenery.
