A novel set in the Second World War, telling the harrowing story of a brother and sister – him being a soldier, and his sister a nurse. It follows their experiences from the Welsh countryside to a military hospital in England and to the battlefield on the continent. This novel won Jerry Hunter the Literary Medal at the 2010 National Eisteddfod.
